VB9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") provides an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. The terms "user", "you", and "member" as used in this document refer to any individual who accesses or uses the VB9 platform.

VB9 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to your registered email and a notice will be posted on the site. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Verification & Identity Check

You must be at least 18 years old to register on VB9. After registration, VB9 may request identity and age verification (KYC) via your National ID or passport at any time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is completed.

You must provide your correct name, date of birth, email, and mobile number. Incorrect details will cause issues during account verification later.

One Account Policy
Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found using the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.

Account Security Is Your Responsibility
Keep your password and login details confidential. You may not allow anyone else to access your account.

Registering with false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance at any time. VB9 has a zero-tolerance policy on this.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on VB9. Additional specific rules may apply to individual sports or events, and these will be noted on the relevant event page.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • VB9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
  • If a match is abandoned or postponed after it has started, the original stake will be refunded.
  • If a disconnection occurs during live betting, any bet that has already been accepted will remain valid.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

VB9 supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

  • Always save your transaction ID when making a deposit — it will come in handy if any issues arise.
  • If a deposit has been completed but does not appear in your account, please wait 30 minutes and then contact support.
  • Depositing via someone else's mobile banking may cause complications when withdrawing.

Withdrawal

A completed KYC verification is required on your account before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal request processing times:

At least one deposit using the same payment method is required before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals without a prior deposit are not permitted.

Bonus & Rewards Terms

All bonus offers on VB9 are subject to the general terms below. Individual offers may carry additional conditions, which will be stated on the respective offer page.

  • Welcome Bonus: Applicable to first deposits only. Available once per account.
  • Wagering Requirement: A specified turnover must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Validity: Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
  • Bonus Abuse: If there is evidence of bonus system manipulation, the account will be closed.
  • Free Bet: Winnings from free bets can be withdrawn directly, minus the original free bet stake.

VB9 reserves the right to modify, add, or cancel bonus offers at any time. However, no changes will be made to bonuses that are already active.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VB9. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

  • Creating multiple accounts for the same person.
  • Coordinated betting intended to exploit the bonus system (Matched Betting or Arbing).
  • Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
  • Placing bets using automated software or bots.
  • Accessing or attempting to hack into another user's account.
  • Transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.

When VB9 detects suspicious activity, the relevant account is placed under review immediately. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during this period.

Account Closure & Suspension

Closed by User Request

You can request to close your account at any time through VB9 Support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing. Bonus funds are non-refundable if the wagering requirements have not been met.

Closure by VB9

Vb9 may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

  • Engaging in any prohibited activity as outlined in Section 06.
  • Submitting false or fraudulent information during KYC verification.
  • If your account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
  • When required by a court order or government directive.

Responsible Gaming Policy

VB9 believes gaming should be fun — not a livelihood. We encourage all our users to play responsibly and provide all the tools they need to do so.

  • Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
  • Betting Limits: Set your own limits on how much you bet.
  • Self-Exclusion: You can take a temporary break from the platform for any period between 1 day and 1 year.
